Returns & Exchanges
Thank you for shopping with Him Her & Them™. We appreciate your trust in our curated selection of gifts and personal items. As we partner with independent suppliers, return rules may vary by product. Please review the return information shown on each product page before purchasing.
1. Product-Specific Return Rules
Some items have unique return conditions set by their supplier. The return policy shown on the product page always takes priority. By placing an order, you agree to the return window, returnability status, and any supplier-specific requirements listed on the product page.
2. General Return Eligibility
If no special conditions appear on the product page, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, in original condition, and include original packaging (if provided) plus your order number.
How to Return an Item
Step 1 — Contact Us: Email support@himherandthem.com with your order number and reason for return. We reply within 1–2 business days.
Step 2 — Authorization: If eligible, we’ll send the correct return address and instructions.
Step 3 — Ship Your Item: Ship using any trackable method and keep the tracking number until completion.
Step 4 — Refund: Once your return is received and inspected, your refund is processed within 5–10 business days.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We do not offer prepaid labels. You may use any trackable carrier. Some suppliers may deduct original shipping fees when required by their policy; if so, this will be shown on the product page.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Unless damaged or incorrect, the following cannot be returned: personalized or custom-made items; intimate, wearable, or hygiene-related items; digital products and gift cards; final-sale, clearance, or made-to-order items.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos of the item and packaging. Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund at no cost to you.
6. Refund Processing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless legally required.
7. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please complete a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
8. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, your order may already be processing and cannot be cancelled.
